Greetings! Gracie here. It's been a long while since I've come to this space! Here's an awesome recipe for the famous ramen burger, made with love from your dear friends, Gracie and Joann. Make sure you make them with good company, because food and friends make life worth living. Thank you, Joann, for spending this day with me to nom on awesome comfort food as we sit together and do absolutely nothing. Enjoy and live well, my friends!

INGREDIENTS (1 SERVING):
1 package of instant ramen noodles (we used the brand Maruchan)
1 large egg
1 slice of Spam (luncheon meat) – can be replaced with a meat pattie
Lettuce
Oil
Siracha
Note: You could seriously put anything in your burger. It was spam kind of day for us, so spam it was.
Two round containers (we used plastic Chinese takeout containers)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Prepare ramen as per instructions that it comes with, hold the seasoning packet until later. Drain excess water and allow noodles to cool.
2. Beat the large egg into a bowl, add the cooled noodles and seasoning and stir until noodles are evenly coated
3. Separate the noodles into the separate containers, press down, and put into the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
4. While the noodles are in the freezer, pan-fry the slice of spam, put aside when completed.
5. Add some oil to your frying pan, allow it to heat up, then remove the noodles from the freezer.
6. Fry one container of noodles at a time. Flip the container upside down and gently shake the noodles out. This will form the bun like shape. Fry each side of the “noodle bun” until golden brown, and repeat for the second container.
7. Assemble your burger! Bun, spam, lettuce, bun!
And now you're off! Go get'm! We hope you enjoy your burger as much as we did!
Live well and spread the love! For the praise of His glory,
XOXO Gracie
