1) CHANGE YOUR SCENERY.
We all get caught up in the motions of this fast-paced world, to the point where we forget to BREATHE. Nature's air is fresh and liberating. In this society of routine and constant hustle to achieve the next goal, a change of scenery is the perfect way to slow down.
Discover your place - your space to breathe and admire the little pleasures of simply being human. All it takes is a walk or drive into the unknown! You'll learn a lot about yourself and hopefully leave refreshed. Trust me: The effort is worth it.

2) GET REST.
I will be still and know you are God.
Take some time to reflect on your life - who you are, where you are going, and what you're thankful for. Do what you love - create things through sound, words, images. Feed your soul with love and joy, and in all of those things, take some time to give yourself some grace; too often we forget to forgive ourselves. We push and push to do things. Don't burn yourself out! We all mess up, but through experience we are able to grow and learn each and everyday. Don't take for granted the time you spend by yourself. You are honored and cherished and loved (Isaiah 43:4). Take that to heart.
3) BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
I saw something in her, a kind of perseverance manifested from her innermost soul to her outermost being. Her eyes were focused, her legs able. But it was her heart that drew out the most confidence I've seen in anyone.
It's cheesy I know. "Believe in yourself! You can do it!" As if you don't hear this enough. I find that I struggle a lot with confidence in myself. If I believe this mission could not be achieved with my abilities, I won't take the first step to even try. It took me hours and weeks and miracles and grace to finally get me at least realizing my potential to do BIGGER things.
Do not limit your abilities. You are far more stronger, smarter, and greater than you ever realized. You will only accomplish what you think you can; you will only ask God for things of your limited personal experience. Don't limit yourself, and more importantly, don't limit God. What is impossible with man is possible with God. Luke 18:27

I love you for every little part of you - your smile, your laughter, your authenticity, your vulnerability. I love you and promise to keep choosing to love you because you are so worth it.
Life's too short to live with regrets. Don't ever underestimate your value and impact on somebody's life. Show your appreciation for other beings of the world; intentionally affirm those around you with genuine thoughts and pursuits, beyond physical appearance. You have a very important job - to lift others up and fill hearts with encouragement and empowerment, accountability and courage.
I challenge you to evaluate your life and where you are right now. Do you need rest? Do you need reconciliation? Do you need confidence? Don't let these things slide - fight for yourself and take action now. I hope and pray that through this you will find joy and peace!
Live well and keep spreading the love!
For the Praise of His glory,
XOXO Gracie
